Consultations

Mr Ferguson consults at Thames View Outpatients, Charing Cross Hospital, Parkside Hospital, Wimbledon and Harley Street.  His clinic times are below, however if you would like to be seen at another time, often ad hoc appointments can be accommodated.  Please give us a call or email.

He operates at primarily at The London Clinic but ad hoc theatre lists can be arranged at Charing Cross Hospital, Weymouth Street Hospital and Parkside Hospital.

Fees

Patients with insurance

Mr Ferguson is recognised by all the major insurance companies, please provide details of which insurance company you are with and your pre-authorisation code when making an enquiry.   Mr Ferguson charges according to the fee structure of the individual insurance companies but on occasions dependent on your policy there might be a shortfall in payment.  This is the responsibility of individual patient to pay, we will endeavour to highlight any potential shortfall issue during the booking in process.

Self payers - consultations

All self payers are required to pay at the end of the consultation.  Payment can be made by card (all major card companies accepted) or bank transfer (details on request).  The fees are as follows:

Initial consultation: £300
Initial consultation and endoscopic examination of nose or throat: £405
Initial consultation and other minor procedure (microsuction or cauterisation of nose): £360

Follow up consultation: £200
Follow up with endoscopic examination: £305
Follow up with any other procedure: £260

Please note that the hospital will separately charge for the use of the endoscope and other equipment used in these procedures.  These extra costs are also the responsibility of the patient.  We are able to guide you on the likely cost of these extra charges but we are not involved in anyway in setting them.

Self payers - surgery

Full payment of the surgical fee is required 1 week before the agreed surgical date.  Fees for individual surgeries are available on request.
